Turnaround time for most orders is less than 2 weeks from final payment date until shipment date. Orders are shipped from the USA via USPS First Class Mail unless upgraded express shipping is requested. The stated shipping time is 7-10 business days. I ship my items very quickly but I am NOT responsible for slow/delayed delivery since this is in the hands of the postal service. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped with the US Postal Service and the client is responsible for ALL customs fees, duties, taxes and/or delivery charges. This is IN ADDITION to the shipping fees you will be charged at checkout. Please be aware of any fees that individual countries may charge before placing an order. The stated shipping time is 10-20business days. No refunds are provided for lost or stolen packages but you can request an insured package for an additional fee. Seller ships the items out in time with adequate packaging and labeling but seller is not responsible for lost or delayed items due to postal errors, incorrect addresses or acts of nature. Please make sure your shipping address is current and correct.
Refunds and Exchanges
I certainly want you to be happy with your purchase but I generally do not offer refunds or exchanges on already created custom products due to the individual nature of customized items. If there is something wrong with the product because of something that happened on our end then I will gladly correct the error at no additional charge. *** IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR DIGITAL PROOF FOR SPELLING ERRORS AND OTHER MISTAKES AS IT WILL BE PRINTED AS IS *** MySplendidSummer is not responsible for any spelling, grammar or other errors, once the client has approved the final digital proof. **CUSTOM STAMPS** If you would like to cancel your order AFTER the design proof has been provided and BEFORE you approve the design, you will only receive a 50% refund since the design fee is part of the purchase price and it took time to create your proof. No refund will be given AFTER design approval **CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS** The initial design fee is considered as a deposit and does not cover the whole cost of your custom/customized design as it is figured into the price of the printed items. If you would like to cancel your order AFTER your design proof has been provided and BEFORE design approval - a 50% refund of the total amount will be given. No refunds given after design approval and start of the printing process If you would like to view the quality of the print and paper availability before placing a large order, then you are encouraged to order a sample packet. Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom design requests are always welcome and everything in this shop can be customized with different colors, fonts, you name it. Please approve your design in a timely manner after I provide it. If I don't get a response within 7 days then I will get your order ready without approval. Any necessary changes are the buyers responsibility and subject to an additional charge of the full amount.
